Your order will be processed in 1-3 working days. 

Netherlands
I offer standard free shipping on any order over € 100,-. A shipping fee of € 4,50 is applied to orders below € 100,-

Europe
Orders within Europe and in the United Kingdom are shipped for free from €200. A shipping fee of € 9.50 applies for orders under €200. Duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer.

International
I offer standard free shipping for orders over € 250 outside Europe.  A shipping fee of € 19.50 applies for orders under € 250. Duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

Is your order not what you’ve expected? You can send your order back to me within 14 days after delivery. You do not have to inform me of returning your product. All returned products should be unworn, unused and in its original package. Return costs are for the consumers expense. Custom orders can’t be returned. Return shipments are at risk of the consumer. The Proud Peacock reserves the right to refuse returned products when it appears to be worn or not returned in time. Worn earrings can’t be returned due to hygiene.

Refunds

The payment of your refund will be processed in the same way as purchase payment. Keep in mind that it can take up to 14 days before the refund is in your account, depending on your bank.
